I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the support I recieved from The Rivalsi Team. I am a small business owner. I built my company from the ground up with the idea that your client’s trust in your work ethic is the best advertising there is.
I am extremely busy with family and work and additionally not very savvy with travel needs. When my daughter asked to travel to Seattle for her graduation present, I was terrified of forgetting some important detail, or missing a window, or waiting too long.
I approached Steve and Philomena, laid out the rough dates and a budget and today, with no worries and well ahead of schedule my trip is planned and tickets secured. I could not be more relieved and excited. It is a rare day that a company performs up to your expectations and that has more than happened today.
I will not travel again without seeking their advice and expertise.
